Tilemaster LevelFlex+ FINISH

LevelFlex+ FINISH is a flexible, fibre reinforced, rapid setting, protein free smoothing and levelling compound, designed for preparing subfloors prior to the installation of resilient floor coverings. LevelFlex+ FINISH has been developed specifically to give an excellent surface finish, allowing resilient floor coverings to be applied directly to the surface. LevelFlex+ FINISH has also been developed with rapid setting and drying properties, allowing for foot traffic after 2.5 hours and is ready to receive resilient floor coverings such as PVC, LVT, carpet & textile and sheet vinyl after as little as 4 hours.

LevelFlex+ FINISH can be applied from 2mm – 60mm in one application without the need for additional aggregates, and is moisture tolerant, making it suitable for use prior to the installation of Tilemaster FAST One Coat DPM.

LevelFlex+ FINISH can be used on a large variety of substrates, including sand & cement screeds, concrete, timber, flooring grade asphalt/bitumen and existing ceramic, porcelain, natural stone tiles and vinyl tiles. LevelFlex+ FINISH can be used on underfloor heated screeds, retro fit overlay underfloor heating systems and is ideal for encapsulating electric underfloor heating elements.

Primeplus is a highly advanced styrene butadiene polymer designed to prime, stabilise and seal substrates prior to the application of Tilemaster tile adhesives and smoothing and levelling compounds. Primeplus increases the adhesion and prolongs the working time of Tilemaster adhesives and Tilemaster smoothing and levelling compounds, and can be used on absorbent surfaces both internally and externally.

Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is a ready mixed, ready to use, rapid drying bond enhancing primer, for use primariliy on non-pourous substrates such as; Tilemaster FAST One Coat DPM, flooring grade asphalt and bitumen, steel, existing vinyl tiles and also existing ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles.

Tilemaster Prime+ Grip provides a textured “+ Grip” surface which gives an excellent bonding surface for Tilemaster tile adhesives and smoothing and levelling compounds. Tilemaster Prime+ Grip gives added confidence when tiling and/or self-levelling directly onto smooth, non-absorbant surfaces due to its excellent bond enhancing properties.

Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is rapid drying and it can be tiled or levelled over after as little as 15 minutes dependent on ambient temperatures and is suitable for use internally and externally. Although Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is primarily intended for use on non-porous substrates it can also be used on porous substrates if required. Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is an excellent priming option on porous substrates where the surface finish of smoothing and levelling compounds is critical, as using Tilemaster Prime+ Grip in this instance will consolidate the surface of the substrate.
