Tilemaster FineFlow 3000

Tilemaster FineFlow 3000 is a fast setting, free flowing, single component smoothing and levelling compound. The specially formulated powder gives the product exceptional flow and smoothing properties, and is designed to give an excellent surface finish.

Tilemaster FineFlow 3000 can be applied from featheredge – 20mm in one application and can receive foot traffic after 3 hours.

Tilemaster FineFlow 3000 is the ideal choice for levelling solid substrates. It has excellent flow and adhesion properties making it suitable for a wide range of both commercial and domestic applications. Tilemaster FineFlow 3000 is suitable for use over a wide range of substrates including sand & cement screeds, concrete, flooring grade asphalt, ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles and epoxy damp proof membranes.

Tilemaster FineFlow 3000 is also ideal for encapsulating electric underfloor heating elements on solid substrates and for use over underfloor heated screeds.

Tilemaster FineFlow 3000 is fast setting, meaning ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles can be installed after as little as 3 hours, and resilient floor coverings can be installed after 24 hours.

Primeplus is a highly advanced styrene butadiene polymer designed to prime, stabilise and seal substrates prior to the application of Tilemaster tile adhesives and smoothing and levelling compounds. Primeplus increases the adhesion and prolongs the working time of Tilemaster adhesives and Tilemaster smoothing and levelling compounds, and can be used on absorbent surfaces both internally and externally.

Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is a ready mixed, ready to use, rapid drying bond enhancing primer, for use primariliy on non-pourous substrates such as; Tilemaster FAST One Coat DPM, flooring grade asphalt and bitumen, steel, existing vinyl tiles and also existing ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles.

Tilemaster Prime+ Grip provides a textured “+ Grip” surface which gives an excellent bonding surface for Tilemaster tile adhesives and smoothing and levelling compounds. Tilemaster Prime+ Grip gives added confidence when tiling and/or self-levelling directly onto smooth, non-absorbant surfaces due to its excellent bond enhancing properties.

Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is rapid drying and it can be tiled or levelled over after as little as 15 minutes dependent on ambient temperatures and is suitable for use internally and externally. Although Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is primarily intended for use on non-porous substrates it can also be used on porous substrates if required. Tilemaster Prime+ Grip is an excellent priming option on porous substrates where the surface finish of smoothing and levelling compounds is critical, as using Tilemaster Prime+ Grip in this instance will consolidate the surface of the substrate.
